WHO WE ARE
A collaborative workforce development training program
BristolWORKS! is a collaborative workforce development training center, providing individuals with skills, certifications and job-placement services to obtain employment quickly or to allow them to continue with advanced programs. The four fundamental training programs (Manufacturing, IT, Early Childhood Education, and Healthcare) that are funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) are free to those who live or work in Bristol and are available to all others for a fee.
Additionally, BristolWORKS! offers a number of other programs.

How to Apply
BristolWORKS! opened its doors in March 2023. Our Foundational Manufacturing, Healthcare, Early Childhood, and Information Technology Programs are FREE to those who live or work in Bristol, CT thanks to ARPA funding through the City of Bristol; however, anyone may attend. BristolWORKS! also offers additional workforce development programs at cost.

BristolWORKS! is led by Director Kim Ward Holley. She is joined on staff by Marika Rouette as the program’s Workforce Training Specialist, Donte Spell as the Employability Specialist, and Office Assistant Linda Marchi as well as several talented classroom instructors.
